Tip 2: If you want to explore a category of products, use the Shop Categories in the upper menu, and navigate through your favorite categories where we'll feature the best products in each.
We have a 5-day return policy followed by an exchange, coupon or monetary refund options. However, please make sure to film an unboxing video of the package received before opening it, for smooth return procedure.
Returns are not applicable in certain scenarios :
- If a return request is made outside the specified time frame of 5 days from delivery.
- If the product is under the ‘Scratch & Dent sale’ category, no returns can be claimed.
- Any kind of damaged or defective product, which is not in the same condition as you received it, cannot be claimed for returns.
- Zero returns are applicable on vintage jewellery (Delicate Items). Because such items are “one-of-a-kind”, we do not allow our customers to claim a return on them.
We always ensure our customers are happy and satisfied with our services and products offered at the time of delivery and after it. In case you have received a damaged or defective item, you could return the item in the same condition as you received it with the original packaging intact.
Please note: The above policy is applicable only if you have created an unboxing video of the package as and when received, as mentioned in our set of Return Policies. This will help us to work on hassle-free return procedure, after which we will be able to process the refund accordingly.
Please note that,
- A Refund Coupon is valid only for 2 months from the date of issue.
- A Coupon can be used for a Cart value equivalent to or more than the value of the coupon
- A Coupon cannot be used if the Cart Value is lesser than the value of the Coupon.
- A Coupon cannot be split into different amounts.
- Any item can only be refunded twice in exchange of a coupon.
- Two or more coupons cannot be combined.
- Coupons are non-transferable.
Please take note that the entire return process, right from the day of us receiving your email to you receiving the coupon, exchange, or monetary refund, shall take a period of up to 15 days.
